Languages: English at C1 level or above. German language skills are nice to have.
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning solutions in production.

Have 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning solutions in production.
Bring strong knowledge of statistics and classical machine learning.
Use sound judgment to choose approaches suited to the problem, scale, and cost.
Have experience owning ML projects end-to-end, including data preparation, modelling, deployment, and monitoring.
Have strong hands-on Python skills, including scikit-learn or similar frameworks.
Have strong SQL skills.
Communicate clearly and work effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
Have English proficiency at C1 level or above.
AWS, Terraform, or dbt experience is a nice to have.
Experience with LLMs or GenAI-based solutions is a nice to have.
German language skills are a nice to have.

Build and deploy production-ready machine learning solutions, focusing on classical ML and statistical methods.
Own models end-to-end, from data pipelines and modelling through deployment and monitoring.
Improve the scalability and reliability of existing ML data pipelines.
Work with software engineers and product managers to turn business problems into practical solutions.
Identify product and business problems that ML or GenAI can solve and choose an appropriate approach.
Work with platform and LLM Ops teams when additional infrastructure support is needed.
Help shape the ML and AI roadmap by identifying high-impact opportunities and influencing how ML capabilities evolve across products.
