Experience: 5+ years of experience in Python, with ~10 years of overall software engineering or data experience

Have 5+ years of experience in Python and approximately 10 years of overall software engineering or data experience.
Have experience building and deploying production-grade APIs; FastAPI is preferred, and REST or GraphQL experience is a plus.
Have hands-on experience with LLMs and LLMOps, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
Have strong experience fine-tuning open-source models, such as through the Hugging Face ecosystem.
Have practical experience designing and working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or pgvector.
Have experience building AI agents with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
Understand model deployment and serving, such as vLLM, TGI, or managed endpoints.
Have experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices using Docker, Kubernetes, or GitHub Actions.
Have strong experience working with and processing large-scale text datasets.
Experience with MLflow or Weights & Biases, cloud AI ecosystems, or open-source AI/ML contributions is preferred.

Build, deploy, and maintain scalable APIs that serve AI/ML models in production.
Own AI solutions end to end, from prototyping through production deployment.
Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems using vector databases.
Build and orchestrate AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar.
Evaluate and select LLMs and foundation models for specific use cases.
Optimize model inference for latency, cost efficiency, and throughput.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for deployed models and services.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for testing, deployment, and iteration.
Work with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
