Job Details

Have hands-on experience in at least two security domains, with literacy across the others.
Have built or scaled a security program end-to-end, including process, tooling, and adoption.
Have coding and automation ability; Python is preferred.
Have depth in AWS cloud security.
Have experience with AI-assisted development and securing it, including LLM tooling such as MCP.
Have awareness of AI governance.
Show leadership readiness through mentoring, deputising for a lead, or formal lead experience.
Be prepared to step up as DevSec Team Lead after the ramp-up, owning delivery while staying technical.
Bring an educator and multiplier approach and collaborate with developers.
Be located in Europe.
Framework-based posture assessment experience, such as CIS Controls or NIST CSF, is a plus.
Pentest, audit, and compliance exposure, including SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or ISO 42001, is a plus.
Terraform, Kubernetes, endpoint/MDM, and IdP experience are a plus.

Ship hands-on security work and learn Glia's platform and security challenges during the initial ramp-up.
Co-own the company security roadmap, balancing security domains by risk.
Own security programs end-to-end, from roadmap shaping and stakeholder alignment through implementation and adoption.
Prioritise security work by risk and unblock the team.
Run 1:1s, manage performance, and grow the DevSec team.
Contribute directly to high-leverage security engineering work.
Assess application, infrastructure, supply-chain, endpoint, and corporate security posture.
Develop and own security automation and AI tooling, and secure AI-assisted development practices and LLM tooling.
Connect technical security work to SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and ISO 42001 needs.
Mentor engineers, lead blameless security incident post-mortems, and align with senior management.
