Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Have significant professional experience in resource planning, workforce management, project management, or operations.
- Bring experience in site resourcing and workforce planning, including resource allocation, capacity forecasting, and utilization monitoring.
- Be proficient with resource management software, planning systems, and analytical tools.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, including interpreting data and identifying resource constraints.
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Have experience preparing resource forecasts, management reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with project managers, department leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage resource planning across multiple clinical trials and research projects, allocating personnel, equipment, and other operational resources.
- Collaborate with project managers and department leaders to assess resource requirements, forecast demand, and align capacity with project priorities.
- Develop and improve planning tools and systems to monitor availability, utilization, allocation, and future needs.
- Analyze resource utilization and workforce capacity to identify bottlenecks, staffing gaps, scheduling conflicts, and inefficiencies.
- Recommend and implement solutions to optimize resource allocation and support timely project execution.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance analyses on resource trends and future capacity requirements.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for workforce planning, operational decisions, and continuous improvement.
- Adapt resource plans to changing business requirements and project timelines across multiple projects.
- Maintain accurate resource data and planning documentation.
