Have several years of experience as a senior frontend developer.
Bring deep Webflow expertise, including CMS, Interactions, and custom code.
Have solid development knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Have experience with APIs and integrations.
Framer experience is advantageous.
Experience with a JavaScript framework such as React is advantageous.
Have a strong understanding of performance, SEO, clean code, and UX details.
Work independently and in a structured manner, with high quality standards and reliability in meeting deadlines.
Have very good German and English; Spanish is an advantage.
Use AI tools such as Claude as a regular part of your workflow.
Bring expertise with design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop.
Have a strong eye for aesthetics and detail, and the ability to translate requirements into design.

Build, maintain, and performance-optimize Webflow partner websites, landing pages, and funnels.
Develop and optimize the Full Membership System (FMS).
Write custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in Webflow where its native capabilities are insufficient.
Build integrations and API connections.
Collaborate with fittec on booking flows, the tech stack, and shared components.
Implement projects in Webflow or, alternatively, Framer.
Translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate implementations and create reusable components and templates.
Document work clearly.
Quality-check load times, responsive design, SEO basics, and accessibility.
