Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in client/account management.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of HR-related experience, such as payroll, benefits, or HRIS.
- Have 2 or more years of experience working with senior living providers preferred.
- Have UKG Ready configuration and optimization experience preferred.
- Have CRM experience; Salesforce is preferred.
- Have prior PEO/HR Shared Services experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead client relationships from onboarding through optimization.
- Manage client accounts, data, and services.
- Help clients maximize their HRIS systems, especially UKG Ready.
- Troubleshoot HRIS, payroll, and compliance issues unique to senior living.
- Collaborate internally to improve service and client outcomes.
- Partner with clients to support satisfaction and long-term retention.
