Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate four years of experience.
- 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years in healthcare consulting or a strategic role in the healthcare industry.
- 7+ years of experience collaborating and influencing at the executive level.
- 5+ years of experience defining and deploying strategies for organizations at the company level.
- Bonus: Master’s degree from a top-tier program in business, health administration, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop frameworks and measures for understanding provider experience and its impact on Oscar’s network.
- Advocate for provider experience internally and externally.
- Define the Provider Experience strategy and collaborate with Oscar leaders to shape its roadmap.
- Lead simultaneous strategic projects and partner with cross-functional leaders to operationalize recommendations.
- Build relationships with subject-matter experts and functional leaders to understand provider issues and align around the broader strategy.
- Communicate goals and findings and drive organizational change management.
- Maintain knowledge of healthcare markets, provider experience, vendor innovation, regulatory changes, and competitor models.
- Use data for insights, root-cause analysis, and ROI assessments.
- Recruit, lead, and develop a team.
