Requirements
- Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Have a strong eye for typography, layout, and design detail.
- Provide a portfolio demonstrating creative range and originality.
- Manage multiple projects independently.
- Bring strong storytelling skills and strategic thinking.
- Work collaboratively and remain open to feedback.
- Use MS Teams, WipList, Miro, and Google Drive.
- Maintain a high level of organization and file hygiene.
- Have a MacBook laptop.
Responsibilities
- Develop design solutions across brand identity, editorial, digital, and campaign formats.
- Translate client briefs into strategic, visually compelling outcomes.
- Contribute to brand discovery and positioning with strategists.
- Refine creative outputs with the Creative Director and uphold quality standards.
- Present work clearly to internal teams and clients, and participate in virtual check-ins, critiques, and brainstorms.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, progress, and milestones using WipList.
- Maintain organized, version-controlled design files following studio conventions.
- Prepare production-ready artwork for print and digital, and ensure digital outputs meet performance and accessibility standards.
