Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Have +5/+10 years of software development experience.
- Have strong work experience building Java applications.
- Have strong experience with third-party systems, APIs, and database integration.
- Have experience working on CMS migrations.
- Have experience with JSP and Java.
- Have experience with REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Have experience with MySQL or MariaDB.
- Have experience with Bash or shell scripting and Linux.
- Have experience with Maven and SVN or Git.
- Be fluent in English.
- OpenCms, Perl, and Solr (Lucene) experience is nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Identify content environments, assets, and types.
- Inventory static, structured, dynamic, transactional, scheduled, and metadata content, including tags and dependencies.
- Identify content to clean, review, or archive based on date and internal link checks.
- Identify required design components based on templates, layout containers, and design elements.
- Identify replacement technologies for structured and dynamic content from OpenCms and third-party systems.
- Provide RESTful Web API guidelines.
- Identify migration-related issues, potential risks, and impacts.
- Participate in migration planning.
