Job Details

Have proven experience in software quality assurance, including manual and automated testing.
Have hands-on experience with automation frameworks and designing, executing, and maintaining automated test suites.
Have strong understanding and proven experience in API testing.
Have experience testing web applications, APIs, and third-party integrations.
Have experience using Postman or similar tools to validate REST APIs.
Be familiar with CI/CD pipelines, automated quality gates, Git-based workflows, pull requests, and Agile development practices.
Be able to investigate application behavior, reproduce defects, and document clear, actionable bug reports.
Have experience collaborating with developers to improve test coverage and software quality.
Have hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and AI tools for test generation, automation, test-case development, or coverage analysis.
Be able to evaluate AI-generated tests for correctness, meaningful assertions, realistic scenarios, hallucinated mocks, and incorrect assumptions.
Understand that AI-generated code and tests must be reviewed and validated before acceptance.
Have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.

Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for web applications, APIs, and software integrations.
Build and maintain automated test suites using Ranorex, Mabl, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
Perform API testing using Postman or equivalent tools to validate endpoints, integrations, and application behavior.
Conduct functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.
Collaborate with developers to identify testing requirements, improve test coverage, and prevent regressions.
Validate scheduling, provider workflows, patient lookups, authentication, and other dental practice management functions.
Identify, document, reproduce, and track defects with clear steps, environment details, and expected versus actual results.
Support automated quality checks within CI/CD pipelines and review test results for coverage and reliability gaps.
Use AI tools to accelerate test creation and critically review generated tests, assertions, mocks, and scenarios.
Maintain test documentation and use synthetic and mock data to avoid exposing real patient information.
