Requirements
- Have at least 2-4 years of experience in a Tester role.
- Have experience testing CRM and/or e-commerce applications.
- Be able to create test cases and documentation, and report and analyze defects.
- Know testing principles, techniques, processes, and the software development lifecycle.
- Have experience working with Postman.
- Have basic knowledge of the HTTP protocol and REST APIs.
- Have initial experience writing automated tests and be willing to develop further in test automation.
- Be able to use English technical documentation comfortably.
- Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming in Java or C# is a plus.
- Experience or willingness to work on automated web/API tests using Selenium or Playwright is a plus.
- Experience preparing automated test scenarios with BDD approaches such as Cucumber or Gherkin is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing, representing at least 70% of the role.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated tests for the e-commerce platform's web and API components.
- Write and execute automated test scenarios using Java, Selenium, RestAssured, and Playwright.
- Perform exploratory testing when needed.
- Create and maintain test documentation, test cases, and bug reports.
- Identify, report, and track defects with development teams.
- Contribute to test strategy and improve test coverage.
- Participate in team planning and test effort estimation.
- Analyze test results and report quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business teams throughout the development lifecycle.
