Requirements
- Apply core algorithms including regression, tree-based models, gradient boosting, clustering, and time series.
- Use Python ML tools including pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost or LightGBM, and SHAP.
- Manage the model lifecycle, including feature engineering, training, versioning, reproducible pipelines, CI/CD, scheduled inference, and drift monitoring.
- Implement MLOps workflows for model retraining and production model serving.
- Deliver work using Snowflake ML, Snowflake Notebooks on Container Runtime, Snowpark Container Services (SPCS), Feature Store, Model Registry, Experiments, and Model Monitors.
- Understand model risk management, explainability, model versioning, observability, and lineage.
- Apply Snowflake governance including RBAC, masking and row-access policies, and Horizon.
- Experience designing and delivering multi-week, lab-based training is a plus.
- Experience porting PySpark or Spark MLlib pipelines and Hive or Impala SQL to Snowpark and Snowflake SQL is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on Snowflake ML workshops for client users, analysts, and data scientists.
- Deliver practical training and transfer knowledge to client teams.
- Help client teams apply Snowflake ML and MLOps in practice.
