Requirements
- Have 3–6 years of backend development experience, with Golang as the core technology stack.
- Have recent hands-on production experience with Golang.
- Have experience building data pipelines, data platforms, or large-scale data processing backend systems.
- Have experience with AI monitoring, observability tools, or Agent engineering.
- Be able to integrate AI/LLM workflows into production backend systems.
- Have a solid foundation in distributed systems and microservice architecture.
- Have experience with relational or NoSQL databases and message queues such as Kafka.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with AI Agent frameworks, LLM integration, or related AI toolchain development is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Golang services, APIs, and Agent workflows for AI-generated market briefings and news updates.
- Design data flows, data models, and service architecture for content generation and distribution.
- Build high-concurrency, highly available systems for personalized content delivery.
- Develop scheduled content pushes that complete within tight windows, such as 10 minutes.
- Monitor data quality, Agent workflow health, generation latency, and AI costs.
- Improve system performance and reliability while keeping inference costs low.
- Own services through development, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with frontend, AI, data, DevOps, and QA teams.
