Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
Have 8+ years' relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, consulting or finance transformation.
Bring strong technical accounting, analytical and reconciliation skills.
Have experience in finance transformation, automation or consulting; this is highly preferred.
Show strong interest in AI, GenAI, automation, data and emerging finance technologies.
Have advanced MS Excel skills.
ERP, BI, workflow automation or financial systems experience is a plus.
Demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
Be able to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Manage financial and management reporting, including cash flow, tax, GST, budgeting and statutory reporting.
Prepare and review annual reports, statutory accounts and management reports.
Perform and review revenue, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate governance requirements.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external advisors.
Identify and deliver opportunities to automate, simplify and transform finance processes.
Use AI, GenAI, automation, data analytics and technology to improve accounting efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
Partner with Finance Systems, Data, Engineering and business teams to implement technology-enabled finance solutions.
Lead or support process improvement and finance transformation initiatives, and translate complex accounting requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
