Requirements
- Have 5–8 years of experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
- Bring experience ideally gained in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
- Demonstrate strong commercial and operational acumen.
- Have critical problem-solving skills.
- Be able to build strong cross-functional relationships and engage internal stakeholders at various levels.
- Have project and change management experience.
- Have a deep understanding of tokenisation, including real-world assets, digital assets, token issuance, or the institutional side of crypto.
Responsibilities
- Source, clean, and interpret TradFi market data, opportunities, and competitive positioning with the data team.
- Develop actionable recommendations for pricing strategy, market entry, deal structuring, and go-to-market.
- Package analysis into decision-ready materials for leadership engaging external parties and pursuing TradFi opportunities.
- Maintain a working map of the TradFi landscape, including banking, brokerages, and market infrastructure.
- Identify and engage issuers, companies, partners, investment banks, exchanges, and distribution platforms to develop opportunities.
- Own the deal cycle from initial outreach and pitch through negotiation, closing, and handover.
- Structure partnership economics, model value, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Feed market intelligence into tokenisation and partnership strategy.
- Align with product, legal, compliance, and engineering to advance deals.
