Responsibilities
- Build relationships with TradFi partners to drive adoption of Binance's TradFi suites, including tokenized equities and RWA.
- Assist in planning and executing launch campaigns and distribution programs with internal teams and external partners.
- Map TradFi/RWA verticals to identify issuance and distribution partners, pricing benchmarks, and regulatory considerations.
- Track partnership and GTM KPIs, including onboarding funnel, volumes/AUC, and conversion to first transaction.
- Coordinate product, listing, legal/compliance, and marketing teams to take deals from term sheet to live product.
- Use AI and automation to speed up partner onboarding, due diligence, and pipeline management.
