Requirements
- Have 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience as a NetSuite Administrator, Functional Consultant, or Technical/Functional Specialist.
- Bring strong practical experience with NetSuite OneWorld and multi-entity or multi-subsidiary environments.
- Have proven end-to-end NetSuite configuration experience beyond first-line user support.
- Know Procure-to-Pay processes and PO-to-Payment workflows.
- Have hands-on experience configuring SuiteFlow, approval workflows, and payment routes.
- Understand Finance processes including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, intercompany, multi-currency, and consolidation.
- Have experience with custom forms, fields, records, roles, permissions, Saved Searches, reports, and dashboards.
- Have experience with NetSuite integrations, APIs, CSV imports, mass updates, and data migration.
- Have experience with Sandbox, UAT, testing, and Production deployment.
- Be able to translate Finance and business requirements into NetSuite configuration and system design independently.
- Have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and strong English communication skills.
- Experience supporting international Finance teams and complex group structures is highly preferred.
- SuiteScript knowledge and NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Configure, administer, and provide technical support for NetSuite OneWorld.
- Configure and support Procure-to-Pay processes, including purchase orders, receiving, vendor bills, billing, and payments.
- Design and configure approval workflows and routing for purchase orders, vendor bills, payments, and other processes.
- Configure and support AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, intercompany transactions, multi-currency, and consolidation processes.
- Maintain SuiteFlow workflows, automated notifications, approval rules, and escalations.
- Configure subsidiaries, departments, locations, users, roles, permissions, and Segregation of Duties.
- Configure forms, fields, records, system settings, Saved Searches, reports, and dashboards.
- Support banking, payment, tax, and third-party integrations, as well as APIs, CSV imports, mass updates, master data, and data migration.
- Manage Sandbox, UAT, testing, and deployment of configuration changes to Production.
- Troubleshoot technical and system issues, perform root-cause analysis, optimize Finance processes, maintain documentation, and coordinate with Oracle NetSuite Support and external developers or consultants.
