Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of experience building and shipping enterprise software at scale.
- Have deep full-stack experience and strong proficiency in TypeScript.
- Have experience with Ruby on Rails or a similar framework.
- Have experience with monolithic, microservices, and micro-frontend architectures.
- Have a solid grounding in agile practices, CI/CD, and DevOps culture.
- Have hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code.
- Demonstrate a track record of code reviews, mentorship, and leading by example.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or have equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Write, review, and ship production code in a hands-on role.
- Design and develop full-stack features, primarily in TypeScript and alongside Ruby components.
- Partner with product and design to turn supplier pain points into scalable solutions.
- Promote small iterations, continuous deployment, and regular releases.
- Instrument features and interpret results to guide product decisions.
- Use AI-powered development tools actively.
