- Have a genuine appetite for AI and use AI tools in day-to-day work.
- Be excited to find new ways AI can help you work faster and smarter.
- Demonstrate a track record of getting things done, with real results.
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
- Own work from start to finish.
- Care about the mission of helping frontline workers go home safely.
- For GTM roles, live within commuting distance of Manchester and be able to work in the office at least two days a week.
- For other roles, be comfortable working remotely with a team spread across time zones.
- Experience in safety, learning and development, gaming, energy, mining, or construction is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to Pixaera’s mission of helping frontline workers do their jobs safely and effectively.
- Help build immersive learning experiences for workers in energy, mining, and construction.
- Use AI to support faster, more efficient work where applicable.
