Requirements
- Have 8+ years of relevant experience as an Engagement Manager or equivalent.
- Have significant experience successfully leading large engagements and programs for enterprise clients.
- Have prior consulting experience and experience communicating with executives.
- Bring a strong technical background and understanding of software development and cloud technologies; GCP is a plus.
- Be able to understand technical designs, implementations, challenges, and risks.
- Translate client requirements into system functionality and project outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with close attention to detail.
- Hold a Scrum/Agile certification and be knowledgeable about enterprise delivery frameworks such as SAFe and Waterfall.
- Be familiar with agile software management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Google Workspace, Mavenlink, and Asana.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Be able to travel to client sites as needed and requested, less than 25%.
Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise projects from initial communication through completion using agile principles.
- Lead cross-functional engagements and teams across cloud, data, analytics, AI, application development, digital experience, and strategy.
- Gather customer requirements, estimate work, define milestones, evaluate risks, and maintain clear project scope.
- Lead standups, scrum ceremonies, and project status meetings while championing agile practices.
- Resolve customer concerns and act as an escalation point for project issues.
- Manage project scope, finances, schedules, expectations, and deliverables.
- Provide status updates to stakeholders and executive management, including critical issues and action plans.
- Own project retrospectives and reporting, driving continuous improvement in delivery.
- Use project management tools such as FinancialForce, JIRA, and Asana to maintain organized projects.
- Build and maintain client relationships through project delivery and demonstrated value.
