- Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one local Indian language (such as Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, Urdu, etc.).
Requirements
- Have professional expertise as a Language Fluency Coach, ESL/EFL Instructor (for example, IELTS/TOEFL), Soft Skills Faculty member, or Vocational Institute Teacher.
- Have bilingual proficiency in English and at least one local Indian language, such as Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, or Urdu.
- Understand individualized, unstructured teaching methodologies for practical conversational fluency in professional and higher education environments.
- Be able to articulate pedagogical feedback during virtual face-to-face meetings and through spreadsheets.
- Traditional K-12 school teachers focused on academic grading are not a fit for this project.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret language-learning data and interactions collected by vendor raters in real-world environments.
- Participate in virtual face-to-face meetings and provide detailed feedback on AI teaching methodologies, conversational flow, and fluency development.
- Synthesize feedback and pedagogical insights into structured spreadsheets to inform model refinement.
- Assess whether the AI’s instructional approach supports individualized, unstructured learning for adults seeking fluency for jobs and higher education.
