Responsibilities
- Monitor the payroll corrections queue.
- Manage client expectations and inquiries within Service Cloud.
- Audit, troubleshoot, and research corrections.
- Review incoming correction requests and process system adjustments.
- Provide support for clients and internal teams.
- Process voids and adjustments and create YTD entries when necessary.
- Audit and reconcile corrections before amendment processing.
- Manage the collection or refund of tax corrections.
- Manage third-party sick pay.
