Requirements
- Have 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Have experience building APIs using modern backend technologies.
- Demonstrate a track record of delivering high-quality software projects.
- Be able to communicate complex technical problems clearly to technical and non-technical partners.
- Show enthusiasm and interest in building systems using AI and large language models.
- Experience with AI/LLM systems, including OpenAI or Anthropic, is valued but not required.
- Experience with Python and MySQL is valued but not required.
- Experience with a modern JavaScript framework such as React or Angular is valued but not required.
- Experience deploying systems on AWS or other cloud providers is valued but not required.
- DevOps/observability experience or interest in learning is valued.
- Knowledge of the US healthcare industry and health tech is valued but not required.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven product experiences.
- Own features end-to-end, from architecture and design through deployment and production support.
- Partner with Product and UX to scope and design new capabilities.
- Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with the team.
- Collaborate with support and infrastructure to triage bugs and resolve production issues.
- Help shape technical direction for AI-native product experiences.
