Requirements
- Have 7+ years in product design, mostly on complex B2B or enterprise software.
- Provide a portfolio showing end-to-end work from discovery to shipped product.
- Demonstrate strong interaction design and systems thinking on complex, multi-step workflows.
- Show mastery of visual design principles and polished, information-dense interfaces.
- Balance design quality with delivery constraints and explain tradeoffs.
- Influence Product and Engineering through clear reasoning.
- Show a track record of joining work mid-stream and making progress quickly.
- Bring strong facilitation and research skills, including in-person sessions with frontline and operational users.
- Have hands-on experience designing AI-driven features and working in AI-assisted design and development workflows.
- Have design system experience building components, not only using them.
- Demonstrate clear written communication.
Responsibilities
- Pick up design work in flight and keep delivery on pace.
- Lead design for new premium, AI-first product areas and the existing platform.
- Lead end-to-end design initiatives for the AI-first platform while advancing and refining the core platform.
- Rethink workflows to remove friction for frontline and back-office users.
- Design AI interactions, including confidence, errors, and how schedulers review and override system decisions.
- Work in the AI-assisted development workflow using Figma connected to AI coding tools via MCP.
- Contribute to building the design system.
- Plan and facilitate virtual and in-person customer discovery sessions, then debrief, synthesise learnings, and write follow-up summaries.
