Requirements
- Have strong, practical knowledge of Snowflake.
- Have experience designing and developing data warehouse or data platform architecture.
- Have strong knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Have experience designing ETL/ELT processes in Azure Data Factory.
- Have experience optimizing the performance and costs of Snowflake solutions.
- Know data warehouse design patterns; familiarity with Data Vault 2.0 is a plus.
- Have experience conducting proofs of concept and evaluating new technologies.
- Be able to provide technical support to other developers and make design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop data warehouse and data platform solutions in Snowflake.
- Create and develop ETL/ELT processes using Azure Data Factory.
- Develop solutions and automation in Python.
- Design development frameworks for Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, and Python environments.
- Develop and maintain data processing processes.
- Integrate data sources and systems.
- Optimize processes and the performance of data solutions.
- Participate in architecture design and technology selection.
- Prepare and conduct proofs of concept for new solutions.
- Collaborate with development, analytics, and business teams; provide expert support in DWH and data engineering.
