Job Details

Junior: 2–4 years of relevant commercial experience.
Mid-level: 4–7 years of relevant commercial experience.
Senior: 7+ years of relevant commercial experience.
Bring programming experience with C++, Python and/or PySpark, with expectations varying by level.
Junior candidates should have experience with or knowledge of PySpark or Apache Spark.
Mid-level candidates should have experience delivering production-quality software, data or AI/ML solutions.
Mid-level candidates should have experience with large-scale data and distributed processing.
Senior candidates should have experience designing and delivering complex production systems.
Senior candidates should understand software engineering, distributed systems, data processing and/or AI/ML.
Senior candidates should have experience with technical architecture, solution design, technical leadership and mentoring.
Senior candidates should have stakeholder-management and consulting skills.

Design, develop and optimise AI and data solutions using C++, Python and PySpark.
Build scalable data-processing pipelines using Apache Spark and PySpark.
Develop and maintain production-quality software and AI/ML solutions.
Work with large and complex datasets.
Contribute to technical design and solution architecture.
Optimise applications and data pipelines for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists and technical stakeholders.
Help integrate AI/ML solutions into production environments.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior and mid-level engineers in senior positions.
