Requirements
- Complete 15 years of full-time education with a relevant degree or equivalent educational background.
- Have 10–12 years of experience in IT Asset Management service delivery.
- Have approximately 10 years of hands-on experience in CMDB management.
- Demonstrate knowledge of ITAM processes, operational delivery environments, asset lifecycle management, and hardware asset management.
- Bring expertise in CI classification and relationships, identification and reconciliation rules, and CMDB health monitoring.
- Have strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ServiceNow HAM Pro, BMC, and Flexera.
- Have experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, including scripting, reporting, dashboards, and workflow improvements.
- Be familiar with application service mapping and MID Server configurations; this is an advantage.
- ServiceNow CIS, CHAMP, CAMP, or CITAM credentials are advantageous.
- Demonstrate problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to investigate discrepancies and interpret operational data.
- Have written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Be able to coordinate service delivery, manage competing priorities, collaborate across teams, and drive accountability.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end service delivery and track commitments, deliverables, KPIs, and service improvement activities.
- Configure and optimize CMDB identification and reconciliation rules, monitor CMDB health, and resolve data discrepancies.
- Define and maintain configuration items, relationships, and CMDB classifications.
- Develop and improve IT Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management processes, policies, and documentation.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow solutions, including custom scripts, for asset and configuration management.
- Support application service mapping and, where required, MID Server configurations for integrations and data extraction.
- Develop reports and dashboards for service performance, asset data quality, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
- Oversee audits and verification procedures to ensure process adherence and data accuracy.
- Identify workflow and process improvements to strengthen service quality and controls.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, conduct review meetings, communicate progress, and coordinate resolution of operational challenges.
