Requirements
- Have 2–4 years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, operations analysis, or data analyst roles.
- Bring strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Be proficient in Excel and/or SQL for data analysis.
- Have experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Be able to translate data into actionable insights.
- Understand asset or portfolio management concepts.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage asset data across systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Analyze asset performance, utilization, and trends to support business and operational decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Validate and reconcile data across data pipelines, reporting tools, and DealCloud CRM.
- Support asset lifecycle management, including onboarding, tracking, and reporting.
- Identify process improvement and optimization opportunities using data insights.
- Assist with forecasting, planning, and performance analysis related to asset portfolios.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and technology teams to align data insights with business needs.
- Ensure adherence to data governance and reporting standards.
- Prepare and validate asset-related datasets to support AI-driven initiatives.
