Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Be proficient in SQL and experienced in writing complex queries.
- Have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Be highly skilled in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas.
- Understand statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Be familiar with data cleaning and transformation best practices.
- Have experience working with large datasets and messy data.
- Think critically about data and draw insights that support business decisions.
- Be organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
- Communicate technical findings in business language.
- Bonus: Have experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Bonus: Be familiar with cloud-based data solutions such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets from internal tools, external databases, APIs, and other sources to identify patterns and insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar tools.
- Work with business leaders to identify KPIs and develop data-tracking frameworks.
- Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data, and automate routine reports.
- Interpret results and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and optimize data-driven processes.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide tailored solutions to data challenges.
- Audit and validate data to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work with Data Engineers to streamline data collection, storage, and analysis.
