Job Details

Have at least 5 years of professional web development experience and a track record of delivering high-quality frontend applications.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Vue 3 and TypeScript.
Have practical experience building and maintaining modern frontend applications.
Have extensive daily experience using AI-powered development tools and coding agents, such as Claude Code and Codex.
Be able to plan tasks, review generated code, validate outputs, and ensure implementation quality.
Understand client-side architecture, frontend design patterns, and practices for building scalable, maintainable applications.
Know browser behavior, rendering, and frontend performance optimization techniques.
Have confident written and spoken English for communication in an international, cross-functional environment.
Experience with A/B testing, payment integrations, or subscription-based user journeys is an advantage.

Develop and optimize user interfaces and A/B testing experiments using Vue 3, TypeScript, and Vite.
Improve internal development tools, including the design system and AI-assisted development workflows.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and analysts to deliver user-centered solutions.
Own features from initial ideas and technical implementation through production deployment and ongoing optimization.
Analyze user behavior, product performance, and A/B test results to inform decisions and improve conversion rates and other business metrics.
Maintain development velocity while ensuring code quality, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
Contribute to digital health experiences, including AI-powered products.
