Job Details

Bring 8+ years’ Product Management experience.
Have owned complex products in a highly regulated environment.
Have experience in a high-growth or startup business.
Bring hands-on expertise in KYC, identity verification, affordability, AML, safer gambling, player limits or similar risk and compliance products.
Build strong relationships with Compliance, Risk, Legal or operational teams.
Translate regulatory complexity into clear product strategy.
Balance customer experience, operational efficiency and commercial outcomes across customer-facing journeys and internal capabilities.
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences and prioritise effectively.
Use AI to improve personal effectiveness and identify considered opportunities for AI and automation in products and operations.

Own strategy, discovery, roadmaps and delivery across Core UX and Core Internal teams.
Turn priorities into clear problem statements, PRDs and measurable outcomes.
Shape regulated customer journeys across KYC, verification, affordability, safer gambling and player limits.
Partner with Compliance to understand required outcomes, challenge assumptions and develop solutions.
Improve internal systems, integrations, back-office tooling and automation for Compliance and operational teams.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Player Support and other stakeholders to solve cross-functional problems.
Build reusable capabilities that support international market expansion and local requirements.
Use feedback and data to improve customer, operational and commercial outcomes.
Identify opportunities for AI and automation in products and operations.
