Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience recruiting technical profiles.
- Have proven experience working in the IT industry.
- Bring strong interviewing and people-managing skills.
- Be proficient with ATS platforms for tracking candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Have experience analyzing recruitment metrics, trends, and KPIs to optimize hiring processes.
- Have experience managing multiple recruitment projects, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Have excellent English language skills; meetings, customer calls, and business communications are conducted in English.
- Submit a CV in English.
Responsibilities
- Interview candidates across seniority levels and regions, evaluating technical and soft-skill requirements.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process and support a positive candidate experience and cultural fit.
- Build relationships with hiring managers to support an efficient, high-quality process.
- Develop regional and global recruiting initiatives using marketing expertise.
- Track and analyze recruitment data and propose solutions based on relevant metrics.
- Suggest and implement improvements throughout the recruiting process.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including AI/ML, Sales, Data, DevOps, and UX Design.
