Requirements
- Have a minimum of 4 years of proven development experience.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Have a strong understanding of some of React, TypeScript, Python, Terraform, AWS, and Postgres.
- Have command line and Linux experience.
- Have experience working within smaller, independent companies.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Have strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Contribute across the full development lifecycle, from helping decide what to build through design, implementation, and release.
- Build and maintain features on both the frontend and backend.
- Develop and improve the flagship construction software, including its image recognition capabilities for construction PDFs.
- Help build real-time collaborative features that keep users’ work in sync.
- Collaborate with fellow developers, sharing knowledge and learning from one another.
- Maintain a high-quality codebase through thoughtful design and attention to detail.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues by examining underlying systems and resolving unexpected behaviour.
