Job Details

Requirements

  • Hold a current license to practice independently without supervision in the state of Hawaii.
  • Hold a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license.
  • Maintain an individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy.
  • Have an individual NPI number.
  • Be comfortable learning new online tools and technology.
  • Have a reliable internet connection and a video-capable device.

Responsibilities

  • Treat clients remotely in your state(s) of licensure on the Talkspace platform.
  • Conduct client sessions using video, audio, and live messaging services.
  • Respond to asynchronous client messages each week in a timely manner.
  • Complete required clinical documentation after each client session.
