Requirements
- Have a minimum of 6 years of professional experience as an FP&A Functional Consultant focused on SAP Finance modules.
- Demonstrate experience designing and implementing integrated FP&A solutions using SAP.
- Bring knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, P&L planning, CapEx, COGS, and workforce cost planning.
- Be able to interpret complex business rules and translate them into functional system requirements.
- Have experience migrating manual Excel-based financial models to automated, system-driven platforms.
- Be able to engage effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Be available to work 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST.
Responsibilities
- Gather budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling requirements from Finance and business leaders and translate them into functional specifications.
- Convert manual Excel-based financial models and business rules into structured, scalable planning solutions within SAP.
- Analyze and optimize budgeting, forecasting, P&L planning, CapEx, COGS, and workforce cost management processes.
- Design and implement management reporting structures for strategic decision-making.
- Migrate legacy financial processes to modern, system-driven platforms while maintaining data integrity and process efficiency.
- Provide expertise on FP&A best practices and SAP Finance capabilities to support solution adoption.
