Have 5+ years of experience testing complex web, mobile, and API-based applications.
Have 2+ years of experience acting as the sole QA on a project.
Be able to build a testing strategy from a blank slate.
Demonstrate strong manual testing skills, including finding issues that scripts may miss.
Understand user experience as well as code.
Understand client-server architecture and modern engineering stacks.
Use DevTools and API clients such as Postman for technical audits.
Understand how manual testing fits into a modern CI/CD pipeline and collaborate on release cycles.
Maintain test documentation and communicate results to stakeholders.
Apply risk-based testing and articulate technical risks and quality tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Have upper-intermediate written and spoken English.

Define and evolve end-to-end QA strategy and processes for entire products.
Plan and perform exploratory and manual testing of complex features, including assessing user experience beyond specifications.
Identify systematic quality gaps with internal teams and clients, and build processes to address them.
Promote quality at the source across the development lifecycle.
Maintain documentation and reporting of quality metrics and bug tracking.
Partner with PMs and TPMs to define acceptance criteria and manage release approvals.
Lead cross-functional investigations into complex quality issues through resolution with engineering and product teams.
