Requirements
- Have 7+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on backend systems.
- Bring expert-level proficiency in Golang.
- Have substantial experience with distributed systems and high-throughput data pipelines.
- Have practical understanding of Ethereum (EVM) blockchain infrastructure, including node interaction and network consensus mechanisms.
- Have a strong background in cloud-native technologies, including AWS and Kubernetes.
- Have experience with GitOps workflows.
- Be able to translate complex product requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Have experience working in remote, asynchronous environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and data indexers supporting distributed ledger technology.
- Own the software development lifecycle from technical specification through production deployment and observability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate with blockchain protocol layers.
- Set standards for API design, fault-tolerant distributed architecture, and secure coding practices.
- Use AI-assisted coding and automated tooling to accelerate delivery and improve system quality.
- Provide technical mentorship through code reviews and architectural guidance.
