- Manage expenses and track reimbursements.
- Issue airline tickets, vouchers, and other travel documents.
- Provide travelers with support and customers with travel advice and information about local attractions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot travel issues.
- Stay up to date on industry news and developments.
- Work with external vendors to secure prices and special deals for customers.
- Follow up with customers to help ensure their needs are met.
