Requirements
- Hold a completed bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification in a technology-related field.
- Have strong Python skills, including data manipulation, automation, and development of analytical solutions.
- Be proficient in SQL for extracting, transforming, and analyzing relational database data.
- Know statistical modeling and machine learning techniques applied to data analysis and predictive problem-solving.
- Have experience with machine learning and data visualization libraries, particularly Scikit-learn, Streamlit, and Matplotlib/Pyplot.
- Be familiar with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Understand NLP, generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
- Know cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Have analytical and problem-solving skills for working with complex datasets, identifying inconsistencies, and developing data-driven solutions.
- Be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
- Communicate analytical findings and technical concepts to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Identify target employee populations using HR system filters and relevant employment, work arrangement, department, and assignment data.
- Extract and analyze workforce data, including working hours, absences, attendance, substitutions, and timekeeping records.
- Combine system configuration data to create unique identifiers for employee work schedule plans.
- Project daily work schedules using shift-cycle logic and applicable working patterns.
- Apply exclusion and eligibility rules to include relevant, valid records in analyses.
- Compare expected records with system entries and identify additions, updates, maintenance actions, and access restrictions.
- Coordinate with IT teams on bulk data entries and system updates.
- Consolidate timekeeping records into clock-in and clock-out pairs and investigate anomalous working patterns.
- Develop Python and SQL scripts, automation workflows, and analytical solutions; apply statistical modeling and machine learning to identify patterns and generate insights.
- Explore generative AI, LLM, and RAG applications, and communicate findings and technical requirements to IT teams and business stakeholders.
