Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, cloud engineering, customer success, infrastructure engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Bring expertise in public cloud platforms, cyber resilience, Vault, data protection technologies, or enterprise infrastructure.
- Have experience designing, deploying, supporting, or advising on AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Understand cloud architecture, identity and access considerations, security best practices, and modern infrastructure design principles.
- Have experience with backup, recovery, disaster recovery, cyber resilience, secure recovery, or cyber vaulting strategies.
- Have experience with hybrid cloud, virtualization, storage, networking, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Be able to engage technical and executive stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Have experience conducting architecture reviews, technical assessments, workshops, proofs of concept, or strategic advisory engagements.
- Demonstrate analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Have communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant AWS, Azure, VMware, or security certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic customer accounts across data resilience, security, Vault, and public cloud platforms.
- Lead architecture reviews, resilience assessments, operational readiness reviews, and solution validation engagements.
- Engage technical and executive stakeholders on resilience strategy, cyber recovery preparedness, public cloud modernization, and operational best practices.
- Guide customers on protecting and recovering workloads across virtual, physical, public cloud, SaaS, and hybrid environments.
- Assess customer architectures and advise on data protection, disaster recovery, cyber resilience, and secure recovery strategies.
- Analyze telemetry, platform adoption trends, and operational indicators to identify optimization opportunities and expansion signals.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Support to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Deliver technical workshops, executive briefings, and strategic advisory sessions.
- Present and demonstrate Vault technology in customer meetings and support pre-sales evaluations.
