Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Applied AI, or related roles.
- Bring practical experience with NLP, LLMs, or content generation systems.
- Have experience developing and deploying machine learning solutions in production environments.
- Be proficient in Python and modern ML frameworks, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face.
- Have experience working with large datasets and experimentation methodologies.
- Have experience with SEO, search ranking, recommendation systems, or information retrieval.
- Have experience with content optimization and large-scale content generation.
- Be familiar with AWS-based environments, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.
- Have experience measuring business impact through A/B testing and experimentation, with a strong understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Be able to collaborate with engineering and product teams in agile environments and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Be fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered solutions to improve the organic discoverability of vehicle inventory.
- Build scalable AI solutions for generating vehicle descriptions, model content, and SEO/GEO landing pages.
- Develop search intent clustering models for automotive search queries.
- Identify and predict high-potential combinations of brands, models, locations, and vehicle inventory.
- Design and optimize ranking signals to improve search visibility and drive organic traffic growth.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Analysts, and Engineers to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
- Measure and evaluate the impact of AI-driven SEO initiatives through experimentation and data analysis.
- Work with engineering teams to deploy, monitor, and maintain production-grade AI solutions.
- Support content and search strategies for traditional SEO and Generative Engine Optimization channels.
