Requirements
- Have 7+ years of experience in Data Science.
- Have at least 4 years of experience in forecasting techniques.
- Design robust end-to-end data workflows.
- Bring expert-level Python skills.
- Bring expert-level Docker skills.
- Have expert-level experience with AWS or GCP.
- Understand the full model lifecycle.
- Have deep operational knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch and their use in mission-critical systems.
- Have experience with neural networks and model lifecycle management, including drift detection and rollback strategies.
- Have very good written and spoken English at C1 level.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy forecasting algorithms and optimization models.
- Own the production lifecycle, including model monitoring, incident response, and performance tuning.
- Scale forecasting models to optimize inventory replenishment, improve availability, and reduce delivery latency.
- Work with cross-functional product, engineering, and design teams.
- Act as a reference for system architecture and influence technical decisions.
- Align model integration with platform design, reliability, low latency, and product features.
