Requirements
- Have commercial experience in back-end development with C#.
- Have strong SQL skills.
- Have solid programming fundamentals.
- Have experience with modern web development.
- Be able to investigate problems and identify root causes.
- Be able to reason across frontend, APIs, data, integrations, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Deliver dependably by breaking work into focused increments and making small, reviewable changes.
- Prefer clear, maintainable solutions over unnecessary complexity.
- Communicate effectively.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve back-end components and application logic in C#.
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and data structures for application features and integrations.
- Investigate issues across frontend, APIs, data, integrations, deployment, and monitoring to find root causes.
- Break work into small, well-scoped tasks and recognize scope creep early.
- Deliver small, reviewable pull requests rather than oversized or over-engineered changes.
- Work with the team on technical decisions and share context clearly.
- Keep user outcomes central to technical decisions.
