Have at least 5 years of overall commercial experience.
Have higher education.
Have at least 3 years of experience within the last 5 years as a backend developer on commercial projects with a budget of at least PLN 100,000 net.
Have very good knowledge of C# and .NET Core for web and desktop applications.
Be able to design and implement secure REST APIs.
Be proficient in design patterns, Clean Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Have experience with relational databases, including MS SQL and PostgreSQL, query optimization, indexing, and stored procedures.
Have practical knowledge of Entity Framework Core and Dapper.
Know modern authentication, authorization, and data encryption mechanisms, including JWT, OAuth2, and FIDO2.
Be able to write and maintain unit and integration tests.
Be proficient with Git and Azure DevOps.
Have English proficiency sufficient to read technical documentation and communicate freely.

Design business logic using C# and .NET Core.
Implement business logic for a large application developed for the public sector.
Optimize business logic.
Work with relational databases.
Apply advanced authorization mechanisms.
Apply Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design.
