Have at least 7 years of commercial software development experience, with a strong backend .NET focus.
Have practical knowledge of C# and .NET 8+.
Have strong ASP.NET Core Web API skills and experience designing REST APIs.
Have experience designing and developing complex system integrations.
Have production experience with asynchronous communication and messaging, such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or MassTransit.
Understand event-driven architecture, including retry, error handling, idempotency, and dead-letter queues.
Have strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server.
Have experience designing solutions using DDD, CQRS, and Clean Architecture.
Have experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
Have experience with enterprise systems involving complex domain logic, multiple integrations, or large data volumes.
Have practical knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and container environments.
Be able to lead a solution from analysis and technical design through implementation, deployment, and maintenance.
Have practical experience using GitHub Copilot, LLMs, or other AI tools in software development.
Have English language proficiency of at least B1.

Develop backend solutions using C#/.NET 8+ and ASP.NET Core Web API.
Participate in the full software lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Design solution architecture, REST APIs, and integrations between systems.
Develop distributed systems using microservices and event-driven architecture.
Implement asynchronous communication and messaging using tools such as RabbitMQ, MassTransit, or Wolverine.
Implement retry, error-handling, idempotency, and dead-letter queue mechanisms.
Develop solutions that automate and orchestrate business processes.
Work with PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server, including SQL query and data model optimization.
Maintain code quality through code reviews, Clean Code, ADRs, and architectural standards.
Collaborate with business analysts, Product Owners, the Tech Lead, and other project team members.
