Requirements
- Have 3 years of experience managing projects, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Have 3 years of experience providing customer service and meeting client expectations.
- Have 3 years of experience leading and mentoring small teams through all phases of the SDLC.
- Be able to coach and develop QA testers and Associate Quality Leads.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or have relevant experience and/or education accepted in lieu of the degree.
- Bring healthcare data-domain knowledge across claims, membership, provider, and care management.
- Have experience with Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms.
- Have experience with test automation, data-validation tools, API testing, and JSON, XML, or file validation.
- Understand end-to-end healthcare business processes and regulatory quality expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead data-testing strategy, planning, estimation, execution oversight, quality metrics, and reporting.
- Oversee SQL and database validation, data integration, ETL, migration, and end-to-end data-flow testing.
- Guide test data management and apply experience with test automation and data-validation tools.
- Lead risk identification, mitigation, defect management, and root cause analysis.
- Drive quality across the SDLC, Agile delivery, and release readiness.
- Build client relationships and lead cross-functional collaboration.
- Communicate quality status and business impacts to executives and clients.
