Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in software development with Data Software Engineering technologies.
- Have advanced knowledge of Python.
- Have extensive experience with Spark and Databricks.
- Have experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Have experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
- Have experience managing small and mid-size teams using Agile methodology.
- Be able to explain technological solutions in a simple, business-oriented way.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or have equivalent practical experience.
- Have exceptional oral and written communication skills in English at B2+ level.
- Agentic AI solutions experience is a plus.
- Experience with Kafka or other message queues and large data transfer applications or middleware is preferred.
- Production experience with Solr, OpenSearch, or Lucene is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Scala or Java is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement analytical solutions using cloud-native, data, and NoSQL technologies.
- Develop cloud, on-premise, and hybrid solutions using data frameworks.
- Drive AI adoption.
- Work with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and evaluate features and architecture.
- Build partnerships with architects, technical leads, and individuals across functional groups.
- Analyze business problems and technical environments to design technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and test solutions against best-practice specifications.
- Mentor team members and provide tools and motivation to support the team.
- Write project documentation.
