Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of social media management experience, including client-facing or agency work.
- Demonstrate strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone and voice across brands.
- Have hands-on experience with scheduling tools such as Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Be proficient in native analytics across major social platforms, such as Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and TikTok Analytics.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Be comfortable with basic content design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
- Be familiar with AI tools and best practices for content creation, copywriting, and social media workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain fig1.ai's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage internal content calendars aligned with company milestones, team highlights, and thought leadership.
- Write and design posts, stories, carousels, and short-form video concepts, or brief designers on them.
- Monitor community engagement and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in the brand's voice.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Manage multiple client social media accounts while maintaining distinct brand voices.
- Build monthly client content calendars with clients and internal account leads.
- Write client copy, develop creative briefs, and coordinate with designers on content production.
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
- Conduct monthly client performance reviews and present insights and recommendations.
