Job Details

Experience
Preferred: 3 years progressive RIS internal audit, information security or compliance/privacy experience. Replace with Health Information Management, Accreditation Services, or Revenue Cycle Services.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or another related field, or have an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Have compliance/privacy experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Preferred: have 3 years of progressive RIS internal audit, information security, or compliance/privacy experience; the posting also lists Health Information Management, Accreditation Services, or Revenue Cycle Services as alternatives.
  • Preferred: be Certified in Healthcare Compliance.
  • Be able to undertake some overnight travel and routine inter-facility commuting.
  • Work with highly sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compliance and privacy program support to management across Providence St. Joseph Health and its affiliates.
