Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience developing, enhancing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 applications.
- Experience building and maintaining Dynamics customer portals or comparable customer-facing applications.
- Strong programming, debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and application maintenance capabilities.
- Experience contributing across the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
- Experience collaborating with business analysts, QA and testing teams, developers, functional specialists, and technical leadership.
- Ability to contribute to technical requirements, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and solution design.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience mentoring developers or contributing to development standards and best practices.
- Ability to work during 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, enhance, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
- Develop and maintain customer portals and related digital applications.
- Translate requirements into technical designs, write and test code, troubleshoot defects, deploy enhancements, and provide application support.
- Enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Service and implement customer engagement capabilities such as Copilot Studio, Contact Center, IVR, and conversational chat.
- Implement or integrate Microsoft Document Intelligence and related document-processing technologies.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA specialists, functional teams, developers, and technical leaders to refine requirements and deliver solutions.
- Manage user stories and development tasks within Agile/Scrum sprints.
- Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor developers, promote coding standards, and maintain technical and release documentation.
